CONCOXIONS STAFF
Bill Cox is widely recognized as a leader in creative and effective ministry. He is the director of Concoxions, a unique ministry organization he founded in 1979 originally as Bill Cox Abundant Life Ministries, Inc. Bill also served as associate director of the South Carolina Baptist Convention Evangelism Department from 1985 to 1991 and as minister to youth at Taylors First Baptist Church in Greenville, SC from 1975 to 1980.
Bill has written, produced, and presented numerous multi-media, chalk drawing, video, and puppetry presentations that have been featured along with his speaking in regional, state, and national conferences across the country. He is also an author, editor, musician, composer, and producer. Bill wrote, produced, and directed “A Peace of ’72 - The Greatest Story Ever Retold” that received widespread acclaim during its 90-show run at Fantasy Harbour in Myrtle Beach.
As Youth Evangelism Director for the South Carolina Baptist Convention, Bill’s responsibilities included directing state summer youth conferences, Evangelympics regional youth conferences, and That Big Youth Thing at the Coliseum state youth rally and concert; all of which experienced tremendous growth and popularity during his five and a half year tenure. Upon Bill’s resignation, in an unprecedented arrangement, Concoxions was contracted by the convention to continue planning, promoting, and directing these ministries. He directed Evangelympics and That Big Youth Thing at the Coliseum and additional five years and concluded leadership of the summer youth conferences after 12 years.

Bill has been married to the former Kathy Williams since August 11, 1979. They are the parents of two sons and a daughter: Christopher (May 21, 1983), Taylor (November 6, 1985), and Shari (July 18, 1989). All are very involved in the ministry of Concoxions.
Bill and Kathy are both graduates of Furman University and make their home in Spartanburg, SC where they are active members of First Baptist Church.
Kathy Cox is a Concoxions associate. She is responsible for registering churches for Seesalt and Chillipepper and is also in charge of other administrative duties. Besides administration, Kathy is a wonderful singer, actress, wife, and mother among other things. All involved at Concoxions believe that things would definitely fall apart without her.
Chris Cox is a Concoxions associate. He is responsible for an assortment of random tasks including writing, web design, data entry, manual labor, and serves as an idea wall among other things. Chris enjoys writing, reading, drama, running, and Furman football. He has been married to the former E. A. (Elizabeth Anne) Ferree since August 6, 2005. Both are graduates of Furman University and make their home in Taylors, SC.
