More about refund policy
One half of the deposit/program fee ($31 of $62 if reservation payment received by December 15) will be refunded if cancellation is made 60 or more days prior to the start of the conference. No refund for any reason if cancellation is made within 60 days of the beginning of the conference.
Concoxions cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc) that inhibit attendance or that force cancellation of the conference.
This policy is consistent with the policies of most other similar conferences. Please understand that virtually all of the expenses of presenting such conferences have already been paid or are committed regardless of how many attend and whether or not the conference occurs. Registering for the conference includes sharing the risk of such situations beyond our control.
